Curried coconut and squash soup, lemon grass and ginger cream, roasted pear and cilantro relish.
Indian Summer Salad-
Masala roasted zucchini, cucumber raita, mixed greens, tamarind vinaigrette, toasted sunflower seeds.
German cauliflower and wild mushroom gratin with pretzel crumbs. Eastern root vegetable hash with sage cream. Italian herb polenta, tofu ricotta, roasted kale, roasted tomato. Russian beetroot blini, beluga lentils, dill sour cream.
Autumn in the Americas:
Pumpkin pie ice cream, marble coffee crumb cake, cinnamon glaze, cranberry orange coulis, tempered chocolate swirl.
