Vegan Pop-Up Dinner Menu- 11/13/13

Here is this weeks vegan and glutenfree pop-up dinner menu:

"Comfort Food"

One:
Cream of broccoli and leek soup, roasted pepper aioli, roasted broccoli and caramelized shallot relish.

Two:
BLT wedge salad- smokey shiitake bacon, grilled baby romaine and iceberg lettuce, roasted tomato gelee, creamy avocado emulsion.

Three:
Pumpkin sage Mac and cheeze, garlic bread crumbs, spinach artichoke fritter, almond and pumpkin seed encrusted tempeh, pesto rubbed roasted vegetables, sriracha aioli, stuffed endive with sun dried tomato cream cheeze.

Four:
Double chocolate fudge cake, toasted almond sand, chocolate peppermint sauce, salted caramel sauce, candied almonds, roasted pear compote.

Here is this weeks "Fall Fusion" Vegan Pop-Up Dinner Menu! Hope you can join us!


One:
Thai Winter Squash Soup-
Curried coconut and squash soup, lemon grass and ginger cream, roasted pear and cilantro relish.

Two:
Indian Summer Salad-
Masala roasted zucchini, cucumber raita, mixed greens, tamarind vinaigrette, toasted sunflower seeds.

Three:
European Equinox-
German cauliflower and wild mushroom gratin with pretzel crumbs. Eastern root vegetable hash with sage cream. Italian herb polenta, tofu ricotta, roasted kale, roasted tomato. Russian beetroot blini, beluga lentils, dill sour cream.

Four:
Autumn in the Americas:
Pumpkin pie ice cream, marble coffee crumb cake, cinnamon glaze, cranberry orange coulis, tempered chocolate swirl.

Witches Brew Bisque-
Cream of zucchini and almond soup, roasted shallot aioli, crispy capers.

Two:

Ghoulish Greens-
Romaine and Arugula slaw, spicy peanut vinaigrette, cucumber,
olives, radish, cilantro cream.

Three:
Mummified Meatless Monster-
Pumpkin and tarragon quinoa cake, Spooky smoked chickpea and pickled fennel, Garlicky roasted tomatoes, spaghetti squash with beet and tomato cream, ghostly pureed greens, lemon roasted asparagus, tofu creme fraiche.

Mixed lentil and wild mushroom soup, shallot aioli, herb relish.

Two:
Roasted broccoli and dried cranberry salad, lemon kale slaw, roasted tomato salsa, creamy dill vinaigrette, crispy shallots.

Three:
Seasonal root vegetable Shepard pie- whipped celeriac and Yukon. Maple roasted acorn squash, quinoa croquette, braised mixed greens, wild mushroom creme, asparagus and green bean relish- mustard seed vinaigrette.

Four:
Pumpkin marble crumb cake, cranberry orange compote, cinnamon spiced whipped cream, mulled cider.
