First Course:
Masala red lentil & potato bisque, cilantro cream, lemon pickle.

Second Course:
Dosa crepe, chutney, saag paneer, micro cilantro.

Third Course:
Roasted vindaloo carrot, cilantro coconut rice cake, chana masala, cashew raita, pickled fennel.

Fourth Course:
Mango lassi custard, coconut almond shortbread, golden milk caramel.
