Vegan Pop-Up Dinner Menu- 6/4/14

Hope you can join me for this weeks dinner- please call ahead for reservations. 

 

One:
Cream of mushroom and cashew bisque, quinoa, herbs, roasted almonds. 

Two:
Grilled watermelon caprese salad- tofu ricotta, basil, arugula, citrus vinaigrette, kalamata. 

Three:
Tempeh scallopini- lemon caper cream, whipped potatoes, creamed greens, mustard sautéed criminis, grilled artichoke, caperberries. 

Four:
Poached pear and rhubarb upside down cake, lavender vanilla bean ice cream,  chocolate coffee fudge.
